The North East Rivers Festival was a huge success in 2012. We had record crowds at all of our events. Our new events were a great addition to the festival. Each event will only grow from here. We would like to send out a big thank you to all of our generous sponsors and amazing volunteers. Without them the Festival would not continue. Music and Dance was the feature of our first weekend with the inclusion of a Country Music Concert and the Springfield Bush Dance. Combined with the Pipers Brook Vineyard Concert, featuring the Wolfe Brothers, this was a weekend not to miss for all Music Lovers. We would like to thank our two new major sponsors, Hydro Tasmania and Access Locksmiths, for partnering with us this year and into the future. We have a new track record for the Access Locksmiths Bridport 10 Fun Run. The Open female & Under 16 boys posted new records also. Early next year we will announce our new events for 2013. We look forward to seeing you all in the Beautiful North East of Tasmania in October.
